Let us tell you a story, about a guest who stayed with us last summer. She had set up a tour of Europe and was supposed to travel to Croatia after staying in Rimini.
She had booked the various hotels on her customized itinerary through a well-known portal (OTA).
The only problem is that it’s easy to fall in love with Rimini, and that’s precisely what happened to her. So at the end of her booking, she asked if she could stay on for a few more days. We would have been delighted to satisfy her request, but the hotel in Croatia would not let her change the date of arrival.
